Inspection and test

Delfield have extensive inspection equipment for dimension measurement and gauging including co-ordinate measuring machines. All equipment, both workshop and inspection, are subject to controlled system of calibration.
Facilities for leak detection are available 'in-house' utilising the techniques of 'water immersion' and Helium Leak detection.

Process Control and Gauge
R & R are performed with the assistance of 'Minitab™' software.
